LOL I hate to break it to you Jeff but thats an even worse thing to do. As an avid diver and one who has helped people "try" to sink a boat in this state on purpose for fishing and diving habitat/divesite. There are so many fines and pollution charges for doing such a thing that most just sneak out in the middle of the night and sink them randomly here and there.
As a diver of cayuga and seneca lakes theres an navy air station 3/4 of the way up the east shore of seneca they have huge seaplane anchors still in the water but the fun part is way out there..... we found a 57 dodge rambler, the funny part is theres a mannequin in the trunk dressed like a gangster.....strange huh?

Hmmm I'm not sure I had an underwater camera back then I'll have to look to be sure. I know my dive buddy had a video cam so I'll see if I can get ahold of Rick and get it.
I know I put a 6 ft tall plastic skeleton in a supposedly haunted shipwreck off Oswego harbor called the St.Peter.... look that up on internet as that one might still be kicking around.
