UPDATE 1:39 p.m.: Pavilion fire is being dispatched, along with Wyoming fire for mutual aid.
UPDATE 1:45 p.m.: The structure is smaller and not yet involved in the blaze.
UPDATE 2:12 p.m.: Fire is out.
