Judith and Richard made their passion youth and families, their own and many others through foster parenting and mentoring. Judith leaves a legacy of compassion, kindness and special memories shared with every life she touched.
She is survived by her dearly devoted and loving husband Richard Ferraro, many children, grandchildren, great-grand children, siblings and extended family.
