JUSTINE E. CONWAY MOSCICKI

Justine E. Conway Moscicki, 86, of Batavia-Stafford Townline Road, died Thursday (July 15, 2010) at Highland Hospital in Rochester after a lengthy illness.

She was born in Linden, NY on October 3, 1923 a daughter of the late John and Olah Belle Schenck Conway.

Mrs. Moscicki graduated from St. Joseph School in 1939 and from Batavia High School in 1942.  She was a former employee of the former F. W. Woolworth in Batavia and was a life member of St. Joseph's Church and the Altar and Rosary Society.  She most enjoyed cleaning St. Joseph's Church and worked on the parish lawn fete for forty years.  She enjoyed gardening and watching drum corps performances.

Her husband Stanley died on March 25, 1993 and her son Gregory died on September 1, 1999.

Surviving are three sons and daughters in law:  Ronald and Vicki Moscicki of Batavia, Daniel and Linda Moscicki of Rochester and David and Brenda Moscicki of Corfu.  A daughter and son in law, Kim and David Casilio of Rochester.  A daughter in law, Joanne Moscicki of E. Bethany.  Ten grandchildren: Mark (Donna) Moscicki, Kevin Moscicki, Jeniffer Moscicki, Sara Moscicki, Michelle (Justin) Mager, Ronald Moscicki Jr., Jill (Scott) Foulis, Amanda Moscicki, Karen Casilio and Justin Casilio.  Five great grandchildren: Ayana, Chelsea, Evan, Colin and Riley.  Several nieces and nephews also survive.

She was the sister of the late: Vincent Conway, Eleanor Link and Dorothy Betters.

Family and friends may call Sunday from 1 to 5 PM at the J. Leonard McAndrew Funeral Home, 2 Bogue Ave., Batavia, where prayers will be Monday at 8:45 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 AM at Resurrection Parish (St. Joseph Site). Burial will follow in Grand View Cemetery.

Those desiring may make memorial contributions to Resurrection Parish or to a charity of the donor's preference.
