Genesee County real estate investor meeting to be held at the Clarion Hotel on Park Road in Batavia on Thursday, Feb. 11th. Networking begins at 6:30 p.m., followed by an hour-long informational class at 7 p.m. The class topics will include: "how to analyze properties for real estate investing" and "the five R's of real estate investing."
