Today's Poll: Who is your favorite of possible GOP presidential candidates?

By Howard B. Owens

I went with Michelle Bachmann because she is insane, ignorant and has crazy eyes. Not one of this bunch stands a snowball's chance in hell and I like that.

You know what's super scary? I heard Bachmann outraised all of them last month.

You know, there's only one person on that list that has publicly admitted that the President is an American Christian....

I voted for Jon Huntsman also. I watched an interview with his father, Jon Huntsman Sr. awhile back on the Glenn Beck show and was quite impressed with him.

Junior is presently the Ambassador to China. He dropped out of high school to play keyboards in a rock band before going back to school...so he can't be all bad. :)

I'm more interested in seeing Secretary Clinton resign, and cause turmoil by running against B. Hussein Obama. His popularity numbers are at 42%, and Hilary's are at 67%.

I decided to pick the wild eyed woman from Minnesota. It was a toss up between her and Palin. Got to vote for the ladies. I thought that Palin was loosing some of her luster but not around these parts according to the poll.

Seriously, I'm curious to know what the people that voted for Palin see as presidential. The woman didn't know that Africa is a continent and not a country. And of late, even Bill O'Reilly is turning on her.

Of course Michele Bachmann placed Lexington and Concord in the State of New Hampshire instead of Massachusetts and thinks that our founding father's were responsible for abolishing slavery, when in fact most owned slaves. So not much better than Palin in the history and geography department.

Either way, it should be loads of fun.

Not that there are any on the list I would vote for- Sarah Palin is my favorite. She would definitely make for an entertaining campaign season. ...And assuming that the radiation leaking from the Japanese power plants doesn't turn us all into mutant zombies, she will benignly avoid coronation.

You folks who chow at the Chinese Buffet... Eat plenty of that Alaskan King Crab- eventually you won't need any nightlights in your home. Japan current, yep , Kuroshio flows our way. I heard that Massachusetts measured a spike in airborne Iodine-131 the other day. I suppose it could have been from their own Pilgrim plant.

Come on Lorie, Obama said on 5/9/08 "Over the last 15 months, we've traveled to every corner of the United States. I've now been in 57 states? I think one left to go."

So much for a sensible conversation, this thread was hijacked from post 1. Sounds like a bunch of 5th graders sitting around picking on other kids. Typical.

Hi John! Touche, from my mentor. I miss you.

I have a painting that I've been working on for months to give to you. You're going to love it. It has a theme and I'll give you a hint -- it starts with an "A" and is of a group of people living primarily in the Central Pennsylvania region.

Am I the only one who read the title of the poll? This was a poll for a favorite amongst GOP candidates. So to the person who put Hilliary under "other" , you need to get a refund for your college education. The school failed to teach you reading comprehension.
