I answered yes just because I don't totally agree with a no. Public places can mean a park or anywhere outside, it depends in what state/town. I vape and respect where I am vaping. This is governed by my not trying to be rude to others who are in my vicinity. Water mist is still not a normal thing coming someone's way and I choose to keep myself aware of that fact. I do think the E-cig industry is getting a insane 'anti smoking" labeling when one thing is not the other. Tobacco is not the same as nicotine. October 1st it will be 3 years as a vaper and I continually enjoy improvements in my health. After 35 years as a smoker I feel blessed this came on the market. Due to the ( too many to count) failures on my part during those year that I did try to quit I consider myself well tuned to what is working and what is not that pertains to not smoking a cigarette.
Public places.. I don't want to vape in a store, any closed area where others are, etc. I wouldn't want someone that drinks to pull out a bottle of some type of alcohol in a store and start drinking that either!
Common sense is all this regulation should be about. Outside, mist dissipates so unless someone not with me is by me I refrain. This is my personal take on it. Outside, vaping in public is not allowed? That makes no sense.
Yes, I know it is only
Yes, I know it is only nicotine laced water vapor....but please, I don't want to inhale somebody's used water vapor that has been through their lungs.
You are going to breathe that
You are going to breathe that from all people not just e-cig users. You can't stop it as water vapor comes out of people's lungs with every breath.
"Should use of e-cigarettes
"Should use of e-cigarettes be banned in public places?"
Yes, MOST DEFINITELY!
But, ONLY AFTER they (gov't?) ban & prosecute those who continue to foist Human Effusion upon the unsuspecting public.

It won't be long that being
It won't be long that being flatulent will not be permitted in public places.
