I did vote and after some more thinking, I came up with the exact same feelings as Jerry. All any of us have to base an opinion on is what the government er, I mean on what the media have told us. so unless you are one of those "nine" this poll is meaningless.
There were 12 members of the grand jury. The DA of Ferguson said all the information, testimony and audio that was presented to the grand jury will be released for anyone to view.
Pete, I realize that. I thought David was referring to the number of people in the Grand Jury room who knew all the evidence not the number needed to file charges. My bad.
Those that insist that anything short of indictment subscribe to "Black Social Justice" Doctrine. The same situation has occurred more than once involving black cops and white perpetrators, But you never hear a word about it.
We have "political elite" in this country that are instigating this and a media that is gladly plays along. This is the end result HOPE and CHANGE. Certainly not the kind of change that I had hoped for!
If there were 12 members of that grand jury, a mere 4 could stop an indictment as 75% were needed to indict.
Now if there was an unbiased prosecutor, as opposed to one whose father was a police officer killed by a black man, or the president of an organization whose purpose is to protect police officers, there might have been an indictment.
Looks like the Feds will need to step in, just like after the LA riots.

I voted no.
At the time of this posting there were 69 votes to charge Officer Wilson with a crime.
I respectfully ask any one of the 69 yes voters your reason for doing so.
Do you think if Officer Wilson had been charged with a crime there would be no rioting, looting and or acts of arson by the protesters?
