I wouldn't say collected....but I did buy quite a few in the late 50's and early 60's. Unfortunately, all went to the dump, along with half a refrigerator box of model car kits and parts, after I went in the service. I still bring it up to my mother every now and then !!!!
I did however use some of the cards to simulate "engine noises" on my bicycle !!
