Scanner weather report: 'Rain's coming in sheets'

Overhead on the scanner: "I hope everybody's got their windows up. The rain's coming in sheets eastbound."

UPDATE 11:15 a.m.: Same voice, "I'm in the middle of a monsoon."

I was watching the radar - http://www.accuweather.com/us/radar/r1h/kbuf/radar.asp?play=true - I figured it was going that way. All we got here in Alabama was a 5 minute sprinkle
