Nicholas Antonucci, already in prison on convictions in Wyoming County and facing multiple felonies in Genesee County, entered a guilty plea today to one count of attempted burglary, 3rd.
The plea deal caps his potential sentence at two years to be served concurrently with his Wyoming County sentence.
In exchange, all other pending charges -- including those not yet indicted -- are satisfied, including accusations that he stole a pair of snowmobiles from a location in Alexander.
The count in the guilty plea stems from Antonucci entering the dwelling of a person he was ordered not to contact in November 2012.
all those crimes and he gets
all those crimes and he gets to serve two years while serving another sentence.....
a free ride on pending charges and future indictments....if you are going to commit crimes, do it in genesee county.... good lawyer, poor prosecution.....
who is the judge? anybody know? better yet who is the attorney? I may need this guy next time I avoid a road block.....
It amazes me that everyone
It amazes me that everyone knows everything about other peoples business! What happened to innocent until proven guilty! People assume the worst about a person just based on what they read. It is obvious that there wasn't enough evidence against him so that's what he got. If he was as bad as people made him out to be, and he did all the crimes they say he did, justice would have prevailed. I just get sick of people passing judgement on others when they base it on hear say. Genesee County has a good Court System, lets give them respect!
Where you his lawyer, the D.A or even the Judge on this case David? My guess would be no......so let the system do the judging and not you or anyone else. If the world had less negitivity and more positivity it would be a better place!
Sorry, Lorrie, but, if the
Sorry, Lorrie, but, if the article is accurate, it is NOT "... obvious that there wasn't enough evidence against him...".
The "obvious" parts are:
(1) He got what he got
(2) He agreed to a 'plea deal'
If a person is caught, on dashcam & radar, to be speeding, with a revoked license and a missing license plate (also on camera), you might luckily be able to reach a plea deal confessing ONLY to the 'revoked license' charge. But, that didn't mean the other offenses had no evidence. Only that you got some charges dismissed (in your plea deal).
Everyone has their opinion,
Everyone has their opinion, but what a shame it is based on hear say!
Lorrie, he is already in
Lorrie,
he is already in prison. That alone could result in people thinking he is guilty of more crimes. He also took the plea deal. That means he admits to being guilty of at least some more crimes
laurie, read the three
laurie, read the three paragraphs........I didn't judge anyone....read it.....I made a statement on three paragraphs.......makes you sick? so be it........
