The following people were arrested by the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office during the Vans Warped Tour Concert at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center on Thursday:
A 16-year-old, of Lake Avenue Lancaster, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after allegedly being found in possession of marijuana.
Thomas A. Soares, 31, of Smoral Road, Camillus, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after allegedly being found in possession of marijuana.
Zackery K. Johnston, 21, of Kingsley Road, Rochester, is charged with criminal trespass, 3rd, after allegedly entering the fenced in pit area of the venue without permission.
Brittany L. Dumsar, 24, of Anytrell Drive, Webster, is charged with criminal trespass, 3r,d and harassment, 2nd, after allegedly reentering the concert venue after being ejected and then spitting in a Live Nation employee's face.
Joseph N. McCarthy, 23 of North Road, Freedom, is charged with trespass after allegedly attempting to reenter the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.
The following people were arrested by the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office during the Nickelback concert at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center on Wednesday:
Kortney R. Howell, 19, of Church Street, Victor, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after allegedly being found in possession of marijuana.
A 17-year-old of North Davis Road, Elma, is charged with criminal impersonation, 2nd, after allegedly identifying himself as another person and using their identification.
Nicholas S. Zabmester, 21, of Fernwood Drive, Lockport, is charged with trespass after allegedly jumping a fence to enter the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.
Andrew C. Denslow, 42, of Pocono Drive, Austin, Texas, is charged with harassment, 2nd, after allegedly pushing a Live Nation employee while attempting to gain entry to the concert venue.
A hit-and-run accident with injuries is reported in the area of 1499 Sumner Road, near the Employee Road entrance to Darien Lake, Darien.

An accident involving three vehicles is reported in the area of 776 Broadway Road in Darien. There are injuries. Darien fire and ambulance dispatched along with Mercy medics. The location is east of Harlow Road.
UPDATE 11:47 a.m.: Law enforcement on scene reports only two vehicles involved. Everyone is out of the vehicles. One person has a head injury, another has a hand injury.
UPDATE 12:30 p.m.: Darien ambulance just arrived at UMMC with one patient.
A Special Weather Statement was issued a few minutes ago by the National Weather Service stating: "An area of strong thunderstorms will bring torrential rains to Northern Wyoming and Southern Genesee counties.
"Strong thunderstorms were clustered near Attica, or eight miles south of Batavia, moving east at 15 mph.
"These storms will bring very heavy rainfall to Attica and nearby locations with more than an inch of rain possible in an hour or less. Locations impacted include... Darien Lakes State Park, Le Roy, Bennington, Attica, Pavilion, Stafford, Covington, Alexander, Wyoming and East Bethany. This includes Interstate 90 near exit 47. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways."
These conditions are expected until 2 p.m.
The following people were arrested by the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office during the Third Eye Blind concert at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center on Thursday:
Robin S. Bascus, 26, of Townsend Avenue, Bronx, is charged with criminal trespass, 3rd, after allegedly entering Darien Lake property after having been ejected from the property on June 25 and told not to return. Bascus was arraigned in Darien Court and put in jail in lieu of $250 bail.
Kaitlyn M. Rector, 19, of Boyd Road, Pavilion, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after allegedly being found in possession of marijuana.
Riley J. Guenther, 19, of Dye Road, Akron, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after allegedly being found in possession of marijuana.
Jason R. Morley, 25, of Pole Bridge Road, Geneseo, is charged with assault, 3rd, after allegedly punching a Live Nation security officer in the mouth, causing injury.
The folks at Darien Lake are celebrating the 35th anniversary of The Viper, a roller coaster that was not only revolutionary for the theme park industry but led to other changes, including a name change from Darien Lake Fun Country to Darien Lake Theme Park.
The Viper was the first roller coaster in the world with five inversions.
General Manager Chris Thorpe said the addition of the Viper really put Darien Lake on the map in the amusement park industry and allowed the park to expand its marketing reach beyond the immediate Western New York area.
Riders and staff were invited to a ribbon cutting and ice cream social this morning to celebrate the anniversary of the historic ride.

Chad Allen Cooper, 21, of Emily Court, Bergen, is charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, 7th. Cooper was allegedly found in possession of three different controlled substances while in the Genesee County Courts facility. He was jailed on $5,000 bail.
Cody Everett Carpenter, 24, of Rutgers Street, Rochester, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08 or greater and speeding. Carpenter was stopped at 9:46 p.m. Sunday on Route 77, Darien, by Deputy Ryan DeLong.

A 17-year-old, of Sunset Court, Hamburg, is charged with trespass and disorderly conduct after allegedly reentering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return and then causing a disturbance while exiting the venue. He was arraigned in Darien Court and jailed in lieu of $250 bail.
Brett J. Gill, 57, of South Plymouth Street, Rochester, is charged with harassment, 2nd, after allegedly slapping another patron in the face.
Brian R. Kelly, 26, of East Street, Pittsford, is charged with trespass after allegedly reentering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.
Heather M. Skeels, 35, of Fairmont Avenue, Salamanca, is charged with trespass after allegedly reentering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.
Zachary J. Corey, 23, of Griener Road, Clarence, is charged with trespass after allegedly reentering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.
Nicholas J. Luciano, 18, of West Combe Park, West Henrietta, is charged with trespass (two counts) after allegedly reentering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.
Holly T. Zimmerman, 24, of North Creek Road, Evans, is charged with trespass after allegedly reentering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.
Kristen B Baumer, 18, of Hidden Meadow, Penfield, is charged with trespass after allegedly reentering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.
Lindsey J. Gamer, 20, of Fiddlers Hollow, Penfield, is charged with trespass after allegedly reentering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.
Walter W. Roman, 55, of Silkwood Circle, Spencerport, is charged with harassment, 2nd, after allegedly pushing a Live Nation employee.
Edward B. Schmitt, 20, of Autumn Trail, Clarence, is charged with harassment, 2nd, after allegedly pushing a Genesee County Sheriff’s Deputy.
Bailey A. Kennedy, 20, of 85 Wolcott St., Le Roy, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, 3rd, unlawful possession of marijuana, and criminal use of drug paraphernalia. Bailey was stopped by Le Roy PD at 1:42 a.m. Sunday for an alleged traffic violation on Myrtle Street. During the stop, Kennedy was allegedly found in possession of 13 small baggies of cocaine and drug paraphernalia. Kennedy was jailed on $2,500 bail or $5,000 bond.
Timothy Fredrick Hughes, 55, of Burbank Drive, Orchard Park, is charged with DWI, refusal to take breath test, speeding, failure to signal, and unsafe passing. Hughes was stopped at 11 p.m. Sunday on Bennet Road, Darien, by Deputy Jeremy McClellan.
Nicholas Ryan Dorson, 30, of Reed Road, Olean, is charged with DWI and driving with a BAC of .08 or greater. Dorson is accused of driving drunk in the Darien Lake Performing Arts Center at 6:32 p.m. Sunday prior to the Zac Brown concert, when Dorson's vehicle struck another vehicle. Dorson allegedly registered a BAC of .13 percent. The incident was investigated by Deputy Travis DeMuth.
Brian J. Hart, 33, of Lakeshore Road, Kent, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08 percent or greater, and moved from lane unsafely. Hart was arrested after an investigation into a report of a vehicle off the roadway on Richley Road at 12:57 a.m. today by Deputy Howard Wilson.
Justin C. Holtfoth, 43, of South Main Street, Oakfield, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08 or greater, and speeding. Holtfoth was stopped at 6:25 p.m. Friday on Lewiston Road, Alabama, by Deputy Jeremy McClellan.
Keith Adam Lowery, 47, of Clipnock Road, Bethany, is charged with assault, 2nd, and criminal mischief, 4th. Lowery is accused of kicking another person, breaking one of her ribs. He also allegedly through the victim's phone out of the trailer window when she wanted to call 9-1-1. Lowery was jailed without bail.
Carlene Victoria Santiago, 28, of Cherry Street, Batavia, is charged with falsifying business records, 1st, and petit larceny. Santiago is accused of making fraudulent gift cards at Walmart and using them at the store.
Timothy Micheal Weinstein, 45, of Alleghany Road, Darien, is charged with criminal contempt, 1st. Weinstein allegedly violated at stay away order by sending text messages to the protected party. He was jailed on $7,500 bail or $15,000 bond.
Tyler William Reeves, 19, of Main Road, Pembroke, is charged with petit larceny. Reeves allegedly stole property while at a residence in Pembroke. He is accused of stealing two camera lenses and a stereo with a total value of $475. He was jailed on $750 bail.

A 17-year-old, of Seeley Road, Williamson, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after allegedly being found in possession of marijuana.
Tyler D. Pemberthy, 22, of Lillybrook Court, East Amherst, is charged with criminal trespass, 3rd, after allegedly jumping a fence into the concert venue.
A 16-year-old, of York Street, Honeoye Falls, is charged with criminal trespass, 3rd, after allegedly jumping a fence into the concert venue.
Brandon M. Erskine, 24, of State Route 21, Hornell, is charged with disorderly conduct after allegedly engaging in a fight while exiting the concert.
Jaymi R. Seitz, 26 of Whitney Road, Ontario, Canada, is charged with criminal mischief, 4th, after allegedly using a key to scratch another person’s vehicle.

Christina V. Dadey, 43, of Corfu, is facing numerous charges after an investigation following a 9-1-1 call about an erratic driver around 4 p.m. on June 7. Dadey was stopped on Gulf Road in the Village of Wyoming by Wyoming County Sheriff's Deputy Aaron Chase and Sgt. Colin Reagan. They had responded to a call that originated in Genesee County about a vehicle that was all over the road. The vehicle had failed to keep right and the driver was pulled over and a roadside investigation was completed along with field sobriety testing. Dadey was subsequently arrested on suspicion of DWI and transported to the Wyoming County Sheriff's Office where she allegedly supplied a positive BAC or .18 percent or higher. She was charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, failure to use an ignition interlock device and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Dadley was convicted earlier this year of DWI, making this a felony arrest. She was put in Wyoming County Jail on $500 cash bail or $2,000 bond. She is due in Town of Middlebury Court on June 19.
Marissa Marie Yott, 21, of Livingston Street, Warsaw, is charged with second-degree assault. Yott was arrested at 7 p.m. on June 3 on Alleghany Road in Darien after allegedly striking another person in the head with a glass bottle, which caused injury to the victim. Yott was arraigned in Pembroke Town Court and subsequently released under supervision of Genesee Justice pending futher court appearances to be scheduled in Darien Town Court. The case was handled by Genesee County Sheriff's Deputy Joseph Graff, assisted by Deputy Ryan Young.
Jordan David Edenholm, 28, of Gabbey Road, Corfu, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08 percent or more, first offense; DWI -- first offense; DWAI (driving while ability impaired) -- combined influence of drugs or alcohol and drugs; criminal possession of a controlled substance, 7th; and unlawful possession of marijuana. At 7:57 a.m. on June 8, Edenholm was arrested on Griswold Road in Stafford. Following a traffic stop, Genesee County Sheriff's deputies conducted an inventory search of the vehicle and allegedly found a controlled substance and marijuana. The defendant was released on appearance tickets and is due in Stafford Town Court on July 27. The case was handled by Deputy Chad Cummings, assisted by Deputy Andrew Hale.
