Jackson Square concert series kicked off with the Ghostriders.There were quite a few people out last night.I thought i'd add the seagull picture too.They've taken over downtown.I did a short video but the sound is bad cause i was by the speaker.And used auto mic setting.When i should have set the mic manually.

Dan: I'm glad you got a picture of all the gulls that hang around onto of the former Latina's Supermarket. Does anyone have any idea what the attraction is for the gulls? What is keeping them there? Is there an open dumpster?

Laura someone told me they nest there.I think they're a nuisance.They are not endangered.But they are protected.They clean up trash.But they leave droppings all over.
There are bird eggs up there.
There are bird eggs up there. Since this is private property, the owner has to ask for a permit from the DEC to remove the eggs.
The City and mall owners did that and that is why the birds are no longer over there.
