Lilies are the traditional Easter symbol but we couldn't find any - at least not growing outdoors presently. Claudia and I found these crocus' growing on Lockport Road in the town of Elba. According to the owner, the bulbs were planted more than fifty years ago. Still a welcome sight on Resurrection Sunday.

Headed to the Nursing Home, to spring dad out of the clink (lol). Im making him his favorite, Fried Eggs and Bacon. Later its off to Grandpa Al's for the Homemade Pasta, and Sauce. Cant Wait!!

Jim, right after seeing your picture, I went to our front yard and found some crocus -- at least I think they're crocus -- had bloomed in our garden since yesterday.
