It looks like John Garner is still putting his DOT variable message sign to good use. I spotted it outside his home on West Bergen Road today advertising an area garage sale for this weekend. Previously, the DOT required Garner to remove it from Route 19, where it was promoting Village of Le Roy events and businesses.
