Matthew Genaway, of Darien Center, was named to the Canisius College Accounting Honor Roll for the spring 2021 semester.
To qualify for the Accounting Honor Roll, accounting students must attain a grade-point average of 3.2 or higher in at least two accounting courses taken concurrently.
Genaway is from the Class of 2021 and one of nearly 40 Canisius students named to the Accounting Honor Roll for spring 2021.
Housed within the Richard J. Wehle School of Business, the Canisius College accounting program is among the top 7 percent in the nation, according to the 2021 U.S. News & World Report rankings.
Students in the Canisius accounting program benefit from the support of a dedicated team of faculty and a large group of accounting and financial professionals (The Accountancy Council) that provide scholarships, mentoring and career placement assistance.
