BBQ grill next to garage said to be out of control on North Street in the city

A BBQ grill out of control is reported at 106 North St. in the city. It's close to a garage. City fire is responding.

UPDATE 9:40 p.m.: Command reports the fire is within city code. The city assignment is back in service.
