Traffic jam at Reuben and Bloomingdale roads in Alabama

When I lived just outside of Philadelphia, people were always asking me how I could stand the traffic in New York. I would always tell them that two cows in an intersection constituted a traffic jam. Those questions were from people who never batted an eyelash when they had to be on the road for a half hour to go three miles to get to the mall.
