Author of book on Barn Quilt Trail speaks in Le Roy
Suzi Parron, author of the newly released book “Following the Barn Quilt Trail” will speak at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, May 11, at Le Roy House, located at 23 E. Main St., Le Roy.
Colorful barn quilts dot the landscape across the United States. In Le Roy is one of New York’s largest barn quilt trails, with nearly 100 painted designs. For nearly seven years, Parron has been traveling the back roads of the country photographing and collecting the stories of the quilts, the barns and the people.
She will be sharing those stories on when she visits Le Roy House.
