A car has reportedly run into a pole at 2 Munger St.. A minor injury -- to the driver's chin -- is reported. An ambulance has been dispatched.
UPDATE: Unsure of the function of the pole, but it is broken and will need to be replaced. The village has been notified.
A truck and motorcycle have hit at the intersection of Indian Falls Road and Little Falls Road, but the motorcycle rider is reportedly up and walking around.
An ambulance is responding.
UPDATE 10:47 p.m.: First responders are reporting no injuries.
One person suffered a minor injury in an accident Wednesday at 6:43 p.m. when the driver of one car reportedly tried to make a left-hand turn on to Batavia-Oakfield Townline Road from Route 63.
Lisa M. Pursel, 39, complained of neck pain following the accident and was transported to UMMC.
Pursel, of 222 Liberty St., Batavia, was driving a 2006 Toyota sedan northbound on Route 63 when she attempted to go around an uninvolved southbound vehicle that was also making a left-hand turn.
It appears Pursel did not observe the oncoming, southbound car of Jason Siverling, 35, of 57 Redfield Parkway, Batavia.
Siverling had his three children, ages 2 to 6, with him in his car at the time of the accident. Neither Siverling nor any of the children reported any injuries.
The accident was investigated by Deputy Chris Parker.
Another car apparently rear ended a car stopped to make a left hand turn from Clinton St. Road onto Stringham Drive in the Town of Batavia yesterday, causing an accident that injured both drivers and shutdown the roadway for a short time.
Frank N. Spiotta, 44, of 8484 Stringham Drive, reportedly stopped to turn when his 2008 Nissan sedan was reportedly struck from behind by a 2007 Cadillac driven by William J. Henry, Jr., 68, of 7 College View Drive, Batavia.
Spiotta was transported to UMMC complaining of back pain.
Henry reportedly had minor bleeding from his neck and was treated at the scene, but not transported to a hospital.
The accident is under investigation by Deputy Chris Parker.

A pedestrian has apparently been hit by a car and suffered a leg injury near the entrance to the parking lot of Tops, 390 W. Main St.
Traffic is currently blocked at Cinton Street Road and Stringham Drive by a two-car accident.
There are possibily two injuries.

A 49-year-old Hamlin man is charged with drunken driving following a one-car accident on North Byron Road yesterday at 2:23 p.m..
Thomas G. Lentz, of 4 Locust Drive, was reportedly driving on North Byron Road when his car went off the road and struck a tree.
His passenger, Daniel F. Morabito, Jr., 59, of 25 Locust Drive, Hamlin, suffered a minor head wound and was transported to Strong.
He is charged with misdemeanor charges of DWI and aggravated DWI, as well as violations for allegedly driving too fast, having an open container and making an unsafe lane change.
His passenger is not identified in the report released by the Sheriff's Office.
Investigating the accident were Deputy Joseph Graff, Deputy C.W. Mower and Sgt. T.A. Sanfratello.

Emergency crews are enroute to a serious one-car accident at 6137 North Byron Road. A car apparently struck a tree. Two persons are trapped inside, one of whom was briefly unconscious.
Mercy Flight in on air standby.
UPDATE 1:56 p.m. (by Howard): Mercy Flight canceled. Both patients out of the vehicle alert and conscious.
An 18-year-old Dansville girl died last night in a three-car crash on Route 20 in Darien, and the 24-year-old driver who allegedly caused the crash has been charged with manslaughter.
He was allegedly driving drunk.
Katie M. Stanley, of 8956 McNair Road, Dansville, suffered head and chest injuries in the 11:08 p.m. accident.
Stanley was a passenger in a car that struck a truck making an allegedly illegal left-hand turn.
She was initially transported to UMMC and later transferred to Strong. Her time of death has not been reported.
According to a Sheriff's Office press release, a 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 pickup operated by Ronald Wendt II, 24, of 10448 Brookville Road, Alexander, was heading westbound on Route 20, just east of Harper Road. Wendt reportedly tried to make a left-hand turn into a parking area and allegedly failed to yield the right of way to oncoming traffic.
Wendt's truck was struck by a 1993 Toyota Camery driven by Rachel L. Enderle, 27, of 10281 Jacobs Road, Dansville. Wendt's truck then struck an unoccupied 2002 pickup truck.
The two other passengers in the Toyota were Timothy L. Enderle, 20, of 49 N. Meandowbrook , North Chili, and Gabrielle E. Mahus, 18, of 11493 Mendoleine Road, Dansville.
Mahus and Rachel Enderle were transported to Erie County Medical Center. It's unknown at this time what injuries Mahus sustained. Rachel suffer a lower leg/foot injury. Timothy Enderle was transported to UMMC with a hip injury. He was later transferred to Strong.
No injuries were reported for Wendt. Besides being charged with manslaughter, Wendt faces charges for allegedly driving with a BAC .08 or greater, driving without insurance, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving an uninspected vehicle and failing to yield the right of way. His truck also allegedly did not have a front license plate. Additional charges may be pending.
Wendt was arraigned in Darien Town Court and placed in the Genesee County Jail on $25,000 bail.
Assisting at the scene were the Darien Volunteer Fire Department, the Alexander Fire Department, Mercy Flight, the City of Batavia Ambulance Service and the Attica Police Department.
UPDATE Aug. 16, 8:51 a.m.: The Sheriff's office provided an amended report giving the age of Rachel L. Enderle as 27, not 17 as originally reported.
State police are reporting a "pretty significant" accident involving four vehicles at Route 77 just south of Route 5.
Multiple injuries are reported and traffic is snarled. Northbound is open, but southbound is stopped and officers are about to block it off.
Emergency crews are enroute from Pembroke, Darien and Indian Falls. The accident is in Corfu's district.
Mercy Flight is responding to an accident involving a motorcycle at Bloomingdale and Parker roads.
The motorcycle driver is reportedly unconscious.
A two-car accident with minor injuries has been reported at Route 98 and Rose Road.
Both vehicles are blocking the roadway.
A head-on collision on Bloomingdale Road near Tesnow Road in Alabama has been reported.
The initial report stated two people were entrapped, but the latest report is that there are two victims who are out of the vehicles.
Mercy Flight remains enroute.
UPDATE: A landing zone is being established for Mercy Flight.
UPDATE 2: At least one person was being helped (not sure if "extracted" would apply) from one vehicle. He is apparently the driver of one vehicle and he reportedly told emergency responders that he fell asleep at the wheel.
A minivan driven by a 60-year-old Castile resident apparently blew through a stop sign on Perry Road this afternoon allegedly causing an accident that sent her and five other people to the hospital.
Jean A. Foote, and her passenger, Ann Witek, 89, were taken by Mercy Flight to Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester.
Foote was reportedly driving south on Perry Road when she approached Route 20 and failed to yield for a stop sign at the intersection.
The car she hit, a 2000 Volkswagen Jetta, carried a driver and three passengers. The driver and one other passenger were taken by ground ambulance to Wyoming County Community Hospital, and the other two passengers were transported to Strong by ground ambulance.
The driver was 23-year-old Stephanie M. Hall, of Attica. Her passengers were John Rennard, 18, of Alexander, Kristie G. Terry, 17, of Wyoming and Joshua J. Wells, 18, of East Bethany.
All six victims were wearing seat belts, and none of the six suffered life-threatening injuries, according to the Sheriff's Office report.
The time of the accident was 4:20 p.m.
It is under investigation by Deputy Matt Butler, Sgt. Greg Walker, Sgt. Steve Mullen and members of the Genesee County Crash Management Team, Sgt. William Scott and Deputy Eric Seppala.
Responding to the scene were the Pavilion Volunteer Fire Department, Bethany Volunteer Fire Department, York Volunteer Fire Department, Le Roy Volunteer Ambulance Service, City of Batavia Ambulance Service and Mercy Flight.

Emergency crews are responding to a possible serious-injury accident at Route 20 and Perry Road east of Pavilion Center.
Two cars are reportedly on their roofs and "multiple injuries" are reported. Mercy Flight is being dispatched.
UPDATE 5:00 p.m.: On scene. One Mercy Flight helicopter has left and at least one more, possibly two, on their way. A maroon minivan is on its side while a black compact car is now upright. Emergency crews are treating patients. There may be as many as five patients involved.
UPDATE 6:42 p.m.: There were six victims, all adults. Two in a sedan, and four in a minivan. Two were taken by Mercy Flight to area hospitals -- at least one to Strong, so the other probably to ECMC. Four other victims were taken by ground ambulance to Strong (possibily). Investigators on scene as of an hour ago had no idea how the accident occurred. They were just getting started with examining the scene. I'll post a couple of pictures after I get to tonight's City Council meeting. As for video, my camera is busted. It probably recorded fine, but now playback isn't working. Somebody is bringing me another camera tonight, but I probably won't be able to get any video up from the scene before the morning.
The driver in yesterday's accident on Route 5 in Le Roy has been identified as 18-year-old Mike S. Garrett of 6432 Main Road, Stafford.
Garrett is at Strong Memorial Hospital in guarded condition.
The accident remains under investigation by the Genesee County Sheriff's Office.

Dispatchers have received multiple 9-1-1 calls for a one-car accident on Route 5 in Le Roy. A car has reportedly run into a tree. The first responder reports extrication will be required. Mercy Flight is being dispatched from Buffalo, where the Batavia helicopter is currently.
UPDATE 1:15 p.m.: I'm just back from the scene. The driver has not been identified. He appeared to be conscious as he lay on the stretcher, folding his hands when instructed. The cause of the accident is under investigation. The car's roof was removed and Chief Tom Wood said his legs were pinned inside the vehicle. When I saw the driver, there were no visible injuries to his legs. The car lay at a 45-deree angle in a culvert next to Route 5 just short of a pair of trees. The driver was headed eastbound on Route 5. Video TK.
A woman from Depew was transported by Mercy Flight to Erie County Medical Center with internal injuries following a traffic accident in Darien yesterday at 6:14 p.m.
Jacqueline S. Carmina, 18, of 129 South Transithill, Depew, was driving west on Sumner Road when she reportedly failed to yield for a stop sign. Her 2002 Saturn sedan was broadsided by a 2006 Buick driven by Robert E. Davis, Jr., 54, of 1384 Glen Avon Road, Grand Island.
Davis was not injured in the accident.
Deputy Patrick J. Reeves is investigating the accident and states charges are pending.
An ambulance has been dispatched to a two-car accident at Walker and Gillett roads in Alexander.
A victim is reportedly complaining of chest and shoulder pain.
One vehicle is described as having heavy front-end damage.
