We are seeking a 3 bedroom house in the Genesee County area. Pembroke/Town of Batavia are is preferred but we will accept other offers. We are NOT on DSS, HUD, or any other social welfare/public assistance program and have stable incomes to afford a nice home for rent. We would prefer a house with a yard as we have one child. We also have a cat who is indoor only, fixed, declawed, litter trained and receives advantage monthly. We are not opposed to a security deposit for our pet as there has never been a problem with the animal.
