Shirley was the Office Manager for Dr. Trifthauser. She was a member of Sacred Heart Parish, the St. Jerome Guild as well as being a Eucharistic Minister and a member of the Altar Rosary Society. Shirley worked on the Election Boards. She was an avid golfer and was very proud to record a hole in one on the 7th hole at Terry Hills Golf Course.
She is survived by her loving husband J.Robert Buckley of Batavia; children Constance (Floyd) Duesler of TX., Mary Hale of Batavia, John (Sharon) Buckley of TX., Dennis (Louise) Buckley of Batavia, Tim (Mary Jo) Buckley of Batavia, James (Sue) Buckley of Batavia, Joseph Buckley of Batavia; 14 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews.

A 9:30AM Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday March 27, 2015 at Ascension Parish 15 Sumner Street Batavia, New York 14020. She will be laid to rest in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Batavia.
