Joseph Inguaggiato

LeRoy ~ Joseph Inguaggiato, age 67, of North Street, passed away unexpectedly at home Wednesday morning (August 27, 2014).

     He was born May 16, 1947 in Rochester, N.Y., a son of the late Joseph R. and Caroline DiBenedetto Inguaggiato.

    

Mr. Inguaggiato will be remembered as a loving husband, father and grandfather, who had a devotion to his family and his faith.  He was a member of Our Lady of Mercy Parish, where he served as an Eucharistic minister and participated in the choir.  He also was an avid gardener and had a passion for being a self-employed hairdresser, a business he operated out of his home for many years.

     He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Lillian DiPasquale Inguaggiato; his children, Danielle (Thomas) Ozzello of Greece, Jerrod (Kelly Elward) Inguaggiato of Greece and Joele (John) Piazza of LeRoy; his sister, Angela (Carl) Gigliotta of Irondequoit; 7 grandchildren, along with several loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

     Family and friends are invited to attend his Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, Sept. 1 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Mercy Parish, St. Peter's Church, 44 Lake St., LeRoy.
