11th annual Rosicki and Rosicki gala for Hunter's Hope

By James Burns

A fund-raising gala for the Hunter’s Hope Foundation was held Friday night in Buffalo. While the event may have taken place Downtown Buffalo, the night’s spirit of hope and giving had its roots in Batavia.

The New York-based law firm, Rosicki and Rosicki, with offices in Batavia, hosted the event. Monsignor Fran Weldgen gave the invocation for the evening. Not only is the Monsignor a Batavia native, he is also a former Chaplin for the Buffalo Bills.

Batavia area businesses supported the cause by attending the gala and/or donating goods, including Kutter's Cheese Factory which donated a gift basket filled with Yancey’s Fancy Cheese.
