Today's Poll: Should Google remove links from search results to illegal material?

I don't think I've ever seen an illegal search result, or a link to anything illegal. This sounds a lot like the people that complain about something that's on television or the radio, but are too stupid to change the channel. There are other search engines like yahoo, bing..etc. If people don't like the search results, switch engines. Here's a list of the most popular search engines..hope there's no illegal content on it. http://www.ebizmba.com/articles/search-engines

Edit: One of my favorites has always been excite.com. I customized mine about 14 years ago and it has my tv listings and weather links from around the country. You can change backgrounds and add different content cells.

if I understand the question correctly, 64% yes votes are in favor of censorship...Who makes the big decision of what material is illegal and what is not? the government? how about the 64% yes voters get to tell us what we can search for? I will change my NO vote to yes if I get to censor what you can search for, and maybe once I get that authority I will hand it over to a foreign government like korea or china and their government can tell you what you can search for....... If you try to search for illegal material, you will be caught and with each offense you will have one finger removed. Dictatorship is good when you are sitting on the throne.
