Today's Poll: How concerned are you that Ebola could spread significantly in the U.S.?

Not at all! A couple years ago they tried to scare us about bird flu and SARRS - I think we need to be cautious but not panicked - I think we should ban flights from West Africa, as a means of protection. I think we need to train health workers as precaution but again, don't buy into the media/government hype of scaring the hell out of us!!

Thanks, Bea. I had no idea who Rachael Maddow was. Oh, I'd heard the name here & there, but, to be truthful, I figured she was probably some senator or congresswoman from somewhere. It's good to know she's just some 'talking head' from somewhere.

As for the usefulness of her video, I could've done without it. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out pretty much what she reported. And, don't get me wrong. Maybe there are people out there that this video may enlighten.

My only wish is that I hadn't used my tablet battery to watch it.

A far as I am concerned; I think the genie has been let out of the bottle. I should have never let an infected individual back in the US. Also ban all airlines from flying into and out of the West Africa area. My main concern is the 10K military being sent to support the medical staff in Africa. The chances of them returning infected is high. I hope the Federal Government knows what they are doing. I serious doubt that.
