He can. It's just like any other management job, if the head office doesn't try to micro-manage and second guess, if they give him whatever tools he says he needs and if the owner will bankroll it, then he can succeed. I'm not saying they will or will not, time will tell on that. I think Marrone knows how to win in the NFL and how to build a winning attitude. We'll see, we've been here before.

I love how that a majority of people said no. I don't blame them.

I think this is a great hire. Only time will tell, but I'm positive about the future.
