Billy Hirsch ~ released on his own recognizance? Wow. Do a search on this guy here on The Batavian. He can't seem to stay out of trouble!
Mardell...the guy needs an ass kicking, anger management and a vacation away from everyone else. Sounds like he's a bit of a domestic terrorist.

William D. Hirsch, 21, of Pavilion, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief Thursday, deputies said. Hirsch is accused of using his crutch to break the driver's side window of his ex-girlfriend's truck.
It would seem that Mr Hirsch's problem is that he can't take no for an answer from his ex. You will notice excempt for the burglary charge, it is all pretty much related to his pursuit of his ex girlfriend, a Phsyciatric evaluation seems to be a logical next step.
Yeah Mark, I bet his ex is real glad she met him
Sadly this is the kind of story we often end up seeing on the Investigation Discovery Channel when it turns out to be even worse
Disturbing on so many levels... have heard of other incidents that haven't made the blotter. Phsycho!
