I am surprised that this was not a major accident. I saw 3 sheriff's cars and 2 state troopers go flying by me in Batavia. The way they were driving and that many law enforcement vehicles I would have thought it was worse than this. Amazing!
it is a pretty busy route.
it is a pretty busy route. probably needed everyone to block traffic and such. i'm sure one of them was having a slow night and needed some excitement though
