Photos: Genesee County Park

By Howard B. Owens

One of the things I've wanted to find time to do all fall is take Pachuco for a walk in Genesee County Park. Today, we took a short walk and, of course, I brought my camera. Above was taken by a pond on the north side of the park.

i wish the county promoted the park more! i think more people know about rolling acres than the park. its a nice little jewel tucked away in the corner of the county. sometimes your pics make me miss back up there. damn you Mr Owens! lol did you have formal training in photography or do you just have a sharp eye?

FWW...Howard has "pretty much" taught himself in regard to nearly everything he's done. Not bad for a literature and poetry major. He has taught himself computer programming languages, web development and internet business savvy, not to mention photography, and several hobbies, like growing roses, golfing, playing poker, playing guitar, writing songs, flyfishing, model-car building, and being very astute in matters of religion, politics, history, baseball and music. He also knows about cigars, which he enjoys from time to time. He's remarkable, if I do say so myself.
