Darien

Terrance M. Schramm, Terrence D. Johnson, and Leonard A. Johnson III are indicted for the crime of first-degree gang assault, a Class B violent felony. On April 29 in the area of 27 Holland Ave., it is alleged that these three men, with intent to cause serious physical injury to another person, and when aided by two or more other persons actually present, caused serious physical injury to a third person. In count two, the defendants are accused of the same crime, by means of a dangerous instrument -- footwear and/or brass knuckles or some other handheld hard object.

Kerri Lynn Forsberg is indicted for the crime of second-degree attempted assault, a Class E felony. It is alleged that on July 6 at United Memorial Medical Center in the City of Batavia, Forsberg, with intent to cause physical injury to a registered nurse, attempted to cause such injury while the nurse was performing an assigned duty.

Eric R. Westermeier is indicted for the crime of driving while intoxicated as a Class D felony. He is accused of operating a 2004 Dodge on March 8 on Erie Street in the Town of Darien while intoxicated. In count two, he is accused of having a BAC of .08 or more at the time as shown by a breath analysis. In count three, he is accused of driving while his ability to do so was impaired by the combined influence of any drug or drugs and alcohol, as a Class D felony. In counts four and five, he is accused of first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation for knowing or having reason to know that his driver's license was suspended, revoked or otherwise withdrawn by authorities, and yet he was driving a motor vehicle and doing so under the influence of alcohol or a drug.

Brock T. Barry is indicted for the crime of driving while intoxicated, as a misdemeanor. He is accused of operating a 2013 Jeep on March 22 on Route 77 in the Town of Pembroke while intoxicated. In count two, he is accused of driving while intoxicated, per se, as a misdemeanor, for having a BAC of .08 or more at the time. In count three, Barry is accused of aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree, a Class E felony, for knowing or having reason to know that at the time his driver's license was suspended, revoked or otherwise withdrawn by authorities, and yet he was driving a motor vehicle and doing so under the influence of alcohol.

Gerald John Wiesmore, 47, of Herkimer Road, Darien, is charged with insurance fraud, 3rd, attempted grand larceny, 3rd, and falsely reporting an incident. Wiesmore allegedly reported his 2009 Ford F-150 as stolen and then attempted to file an insurance claim well in excess of $3,000.

Kayla Wethington, 26, of Batavia, is charged with grand larceny, 4th. Wethington allegedly stole more than $1,000 from a family member’s purse at a residence in the Town of Bethany.

Ryan A. Ballard, 23, of Dundee, is charged with DWI, speeding, failing to keep right and improper turn. Ballard was stopped on Harper Road, Darien, by State Police. Ballard allegedly failed the standardized field sobriety test.

Matthew S. Martin, 31, of Canandaigua, is charged with DWI, failure to keep right and excessive window tint. He was stopped on Colby Road, Darien, by State Police. Martin allegedly had a BAC of 0.08. 

Joseph A. Andrese, 28, of Rochester, is charged with DWI, speeding, moved from lane unsafely and driver-no seatbelt. Andrese was stopped on State Route 77,  Corfu, by State Police. Andrese allegedly failed a standardized field sobriety test. He was allegedly found to have a BAC of .15.

Jorge Cortes, 25, with no permanent address, is charged with assault, 3rd, strangulation, 2nd, intimidating a witness, 3rd, criminal possession of a weapon, 4th (non-citizen), and criminal mischief, 4th (preventing emergency assistance). Cortes is allegedly an undocumented person from Oaxaca, Mexico. He is accused of being involved in a domestic incident. He was jailed without bail.

Alex J. Ianita, 21, of Bank Street, Batavia, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child, unlawful imprisonment, assault, 3rd, petit larceny and robbery, 2nd. Ianita was allegedly involved in a domestic incident. He was jailed without bail.

Jimpce J. Etienne, 39, of Warren Street, Batavia, is charged with DWI and open container. Etienne was stopped at 4:16 p.m. Saturday on Jackson Street by Officer Marc Lawrence.

A 17-year-old resident of Walnut Street, Batavia, is charged with resisting arrest. The youth was taken into custody on three separate City Court warrants. He was handcuffed and placed in the back of a patrol vehicle. He allegedly attempted to break free from police, pushing past them. He was subdued and transported to police headquarters where he allegedly caused an ongoing disturbance, kicking walls, doors and other furnishings in the holding room.

Johnnie M Waston, 32, of Dodge Street, Batavia, is charged with attempted assault, 2nd, and endangering the welfare of a child. Waston is accused of grabbing a youth by the legs causing the youth to fall to the ground. The mother of the youth confronted Waston and Waston allegedly threw a glass bottle at her, hitting her with it.

Jacy William Lennon, 39, of Empire Boulevard, Rochester, is charged with issuing a bad check. Lennon was arrested on a warrant and posted $500 bail.

A 16-year-old resident of Vine Street is charged with petit larceny. The youth is accused of stealing food from Dollar General.

John A. Thomas, 50, of State Street, Batavia, was arrested on a warrant for alleged failure to abide by release conditions. 

Kimberly A. Brodsky, 23, of Bank Street, Batavia, was arrested on a warrant for alleged failure to appear on a petit larceny charge.

A 17-year-old resident of South Swan Street, Batavia, is charged with petit larceny. The youth is accused of stealing a drink from Dollar General (name withheld by Batavia PD).

Willie A. Saab Jr., 41, of West Main Street, Batavia, is charged with menacing, 2nd, harassment, 2nd, criminal mischief, 4th, and endangering the welfare of a child. Saab was arrested on a warrant. He was also arrested on charges stemming from an alleged domestic incident on Prune Street on Aug. 11. He was jailed without bail.

Matthew D. Derrick, 30, of Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt, 1st. Derrick allegedly violated a stay away order of protection. He reportedly has a prior criminal contempt conviction in the past five years, making the new charge a felony. He was jailed without bail.

Chad Daniel Crawford, 37, of McKenzie Street, Bergen, is charged with assault, 3rd. Crawford was allegedly involved in a domestic incident. Crawford allegedly grabbed another person and pushed the person's head into a sink.

Victor M. Delatorre, 23, of Rochester, is charged with operating a motor vehicle while his license is suspected. Officers Peter Scanio and Gene Nati, Corfu PD, stopped Delatorre when he passed through the Village of Corfu after leaving the Zac Brown Band concert Sunday night after an automated license plate reader in a patrol vehicle alerted the officers to a vehicle with a suspended registration. A computer check indicated Delatorre had 37 prior suspensions on 18 dates. Delatorre was jailed on $5,000 bail or $10,000 bond.

Lisa M. Aratari, 43, of Barrville Road, Elba, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .18 or greater, failure to keep right, driving outside of restriction and reckless endangerment, 2nd. Aratari allegedly drove a vehicle away from a location in the Town of Pembroke while a person was standing in the doorway of the vehicle. Aratari's vehicle was stopped on Lewiston Road, Alabama, by Deputy James Diehl. She was jailed on $25,000 bail.

Steven Dustin Downey, 27, of Route 98, Interlaken, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, 7th, and disorderly conduct. Downey was arrested following a complaint of inappropriate conduct at 10 p.m. Friday at Darien Lake Theme Park. Further investigation revealed he was allegedly in possession of morphine.

Scott Leonard Blair, 31, of Stage Road, Clarence, is charged with driving while ability impaired by alcohol and failure to keep right. Blair was stopped at 3:16 a.m. Saturday on Genesee Street, Pembroke, by Deputy Patrick Reeves.

A 16-year-old resident of Alleghany Road, Attica, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08 or greater, unlicensed operator and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. The youth was stopped by deputies Patrick Reeves and Jason Saile just after midnight Sunday on Alexander Road, Alexander, following a report of stolen vehicle from a location on Alexander Road, Alexander. The youth was jailed on $5,000 bail or $10,000 bond.

The following people were arrested by the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office during the Zac Brown Band concert at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center on Sunday.

Lindsay J. Snodgrass, 19, of Park View Drive, Pittsford, is charged with criminal possession of a forged Instrument, 2nd, and false personation after allegedly providing a false date of birth and being in possession of two fraudulent Maryland driver’s licenses. Snodgrass was arraigned in Darien Court and jailed in lieu of $1,500 bail.

Maxwell A. Pigeon, 19, of Hoerner Avenue, Cheektowaga, is charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument, 2nd, obstructing governmental administration, 2nd, grand larceny, 4th, resisting arrest, tampering with evidence  and harassment, 2nd, after allegedly grabbing his fraudulent Pennsylvania driver’s license from a deputy, pushing the deputy and running away. Pigeon was arraigned in Darien Court and jailed in lieu of $2,000 bail.

Griffin J. Ryan, 19, of Shamrock Court, Hamburg, is charged with criminal trespas, 3rd, after allegedly reentering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.

Allison R. Sherman, 39, of Brace Road, Victor, is charged with felony aggravated DWI, child less than 16 in vehicle, aggravated DWI, DWI, endangering the welfare of a child and reckless endangerment, 2nd, after allegedly striking a Darien Lake Security Officer in the leg pinning him between two cars. The investigation revealed Sherman was allegedly intoxicated and had her 13 year old son in the vehicle.

Jason M. Mittelstaedt, 42 of Tracy Street, Mittistaedt, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after allegedly being found in possession of marijuana.

Michael W. Perlo, 17, of Princeton Avenue, Rochester, is charged with trespass after allegedly reentering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.

Marc A. Weyl, 20, of Thornwood Circle, Pittsford, is charged with trespass after allegedly reentered the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.

Alexandra R. Nenni, 24, of Mondaui Circle, Spencerport, is charged with criminal possession of marijuana, 5th, after allegedly being found smoking marijuana in public view.

Nicolette L. Zinone, 23, of Emjay Lane, Rochester, is charged with criminal possession of marijuana, 5th, after allegedly being found smoking marijuana in public view.

A car vs. pedestrian accident is reported at Darien Lake Theme Park, 9993 Alleghany Road. Unknown injuries. Darien fire and ambulance are responding and told to go to "P" exit.

Jason L. Perry, 20, of Batavia, was arrested for criminal mischief, 4th, after he allegedly caused damage to the apartment door and frame after a verbal argument with his roommate, according to State Police. Perry was issued an appearance ticket for Town of Byron Court on Aug. 17.

Kristen M. Stedman, 43, of Blue Aspen Way, Greece, is charged with petit larceny and failure to notify the DMV of a change of address. She was arrested Aug. 12 after Batavia Downs employees allegedly witnessed Stedman stealing alcoholic beverages from the kitchen of one of the restaurants. She was jailed in lieu of $1,000 bail. The case was handled by Batavia PD officers Peter Flanigan and Felicia DeGroot.

Meghan M. Ward, 20, of Auburn, was arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana. Ward was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for an improper left turn at the main entrance to Darien Lake Amusement Park. Troopers detected a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. Further investigation allegedly revealed Ward had in her possession a plastic container containing a marijuana cigarette with less than one gram of marijuana, a multicolored smoking device containing marijuana residue and a metal grinder containing loose marijuana. Ward was issued an appearance ticket for Town of Darien Court on Aug. 18. The operator of the vehicle was issued a traffic ticket.

Peter T. Bannon, 55, of East Berne, was arrested for criminal possession of marijuana and commercial vehicle violations when he was stopped on State routes 77 and 5 in Pembroke on Aug. 11. An investigation allegedly revealed about two and a half ounces of marijuana is his possession, according to State Police. He was jailed on $1,000 bail is set to be in court Sept. 8.

Dekota S. Leiser, 23, of Linwood Avenue, Warsaw, is charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after being arrested Aug. 13 on a warrant from Batavia City Court. Leiser allegedly failed to appear on the July 11 AUO, 3rd, charge, so the warrant was issued. Leiser was jailed in lieu of $500 bail and is due back in City Court Aug. 20. The case was handled by Batavia Police Officer Christopher Lindsay.

Christine M. Cordes, 30, of East Main Street, Batavia, was arrested Aug. 13 on a bench warrant for allegedly failing to appear on a traffic ticket issued Jan. 25 for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. She was jailed in lieu of $500 bail. The case was handled by Batavia Police Officer Jamie Givens.

Jacob D. Latello, 21, of Park Boulevard, Lancaster, is charged with criminal trespass, 3rd, after allegedly reentering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return. Latello was arraigned in Darien Court and jailed in lieu of $250 bail.

John V. Winiecki, 22, of Buffalo Street, Alexander, is charged with criminal trespass, 3rd, after allegedly reentered the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return. Winiecki was arraigned in Darien Court and jailed in lieu of $500 bail.

Edward N. Cleveland, 18, of Shamrock Avenue, Port Colborne, Ontario, Canada, is charged with trespass after allegedly attempting to reenter the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return. Cleveland was arraigned in Darien Court and jailed in lieu of $250 bail.

Tyler T. Hosmer, 19, of Baird Road, Penfield, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after allegedly being found in possession of marijuana.

Molly E. Backus, 18, of Pleasant Street, Clifton Springs, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after allegedly being found in possession of marijuana.

Matthew A. Sypolt, 21, of Harris Road, Poland, is charged with two counts of harassment, 2nd, after allegedly striking two CSC security officers.

Morgan B. Wheeler, 20, of West Lake Road, Geneseo, is charged with criminal Impersonation, 2nd, after allegedly identifying herself as another by using a NYS driver’s license.

William E. Dyke Jr., 43, of South Union Street, Spencerport, is charged with harassment, 2nd, after allegedly striking another subject in the face.

Travis J. Snyder, 34, of Hertel Avenue, Buffalo, is charged with harassment, 2nd, after allegedly striking another subject in the face.

Jonathan H. Wojtusiak, 31, of East Avenue, Batavia, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child and petit larceny. Wojtusiak is accused of stealing money from a tip jar at a local business in the presence of his son.

Morgan L. Cox Jr., 23, of South Spruce Street, Batavia, is charged with violation of probation, harassment, 2nd, obstructing governmental administration, 2nd, resisting arrest and criminal contempt, 1st. Officer Jamie Givens and Sgt. Christopher Camp attempted to arrest Cox on a warrant at 511 E. Main St, Batavia, at 5:06 p.m., Tuesday. Cox allegedly hid in a closet of the residence and then fought and struck police officers when they attempted to place him in custody. Cox was jailed without bail.

Cheryl M. Lyons, 49, of East Main Street, Batavia, is charged with harassment, 2nd, resisting arrest and obstruction of governmental administration. Lyons allegedly interfered with an attempt by police officers to arrest another person at 511 E. Main St., Batavia, at 5:06 p.m., Tuesday.

Tyler J. Glaser, 18, of Alden, is charged with trespass. Glaser allegedly walked on another person's property on Sumner Road, Darien, and was told repeatedly to leave and didn't, so State Police were called and Glaser was arrested.

Kayla M. Geissler, 23, of Batavia, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, following too closely and speed not reasonable and prudent. Geissler allegedly fell asleep while driving northbound on Route 98, Alexander, causing her to strike the rear of another vehicle. Upon further investigation, a trooper allegedly found a multicolored smoking device, a purple grinder, a glass jar, with all containing less than 25 grams of marijuana. (Initial Report)

The following people were arrested by the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office during the Florida Georgia Line Concert at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center on Saturday.

Arunas M. Gecas, 28, of Van Voorhis Avenue, Rochester, is charged with criminal trespass, 3rd, after allegedly running past the ticket takers and entering the venue without a ticket. Gecas was arraigned in Darien Court and jailed in lieu of $500 bail.

Jessica L. Pychel, 20, of Claremount Circle, Welland, Ontario, Canada, is charged with resisting arrest and three counts of harassment, 2nd, after allegedly kicking, pushing and biting deputies and security officers. Pychel was arraigned in Darien Court and jailed in lieu of $2,000 bail.

Sean P. Biggie, 22, of Jane Drive, Syracuse, is charged with harassment, 2nd, after allegedly grabbing a deputy's wrist trying to pull a deputy to the ground. Biggie was arraigned in Darien Court and jailed in lieu of $250 bail.

Brett I. Hall, 34, of South Gravel Road, Medina, is charged with disorderly conduct and two counts of harassment, 2nd, after allegedly punching windows in a van and then striking and shoving two Darien Lake security officers. Hall was arraigned in Darien Court and jailed in lieu of $250.

Adam R. Penney, 33, of Sylvan Hill Road, Echo Bay Ontario, Canada, is charged with disorderly conduct and harassment, 2nd, after allegedly punching windows on a van and then punching a Darien Lake security officer in the face. Penney was arraigned in Darien Court and jailed in lieu of $500 bail.

(name redacted), 22, of Eastgate Drive, Rochester, is charged with trespass after allegedly reentering the concert venue after being ejected.

Savanna L. Sciabarrasi, 21, of Two Mile Road, Olean, is charged with criminal trespass, 3rd,  after reentering the concert venue after being ejected.

Christopher E. Aydelotte, 36, of Edson Street, West Seneca, is charged with criminal mischief, 3rd, after allegedly he punched a window out of a vehicle.

Timothy J. Corke II, 28, of Liberty Street, Batavia, was arrested twice on Aug. 5 by Le Roy Police. Corke was arrested about 3:45 p.m. and charged with endangering the welfare of a child following an investigation into an incident. Corke allegedly threw a wristwatch at a 3-year-old child then slapped the child across the head causing bruises on the child's forehead and left eye. He was arraigned in the Le Roy Town Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice and a full stay away order of protection was issued. Later that night Corke was arrested again and charged with criminal contempt of court after he allegedly called the protected person violating the order of protection. He was arraigned and put in the Genesee County Jail on $2,000 bail.

Cherylann Bevilacqua, 29, of Depew, is charged with obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest following a traffic stop on Sumner Road in Darien. Bevilacqua was a passenger and exited the vehicle while the driver was performing a sobriety test. Deputies told her to get back in the vehicle but she allegedly refused to do so. When confronted, she allegedly started to punch, scratch and spit at a deputy. She was put in the Genesee County Jail on $2,000 bail.

Joseph M. Platten, 31, of Dellinger Avenue, Batavia, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, 2nd, leaving the scene of a property damaged accident, following too closely, backing unsafely, and no front plate after a hit and run accident on Ross Street Aug. 4. Platten allegedly rear-ended another vehicle and fled the scene cutting through a parking lot. Platten's front license plate fell off his vehicle at the scene of the accident. In addition to the charges, he was issued traffic tickets for driving with an obstructed view and disobeying a traffic control device. He posted $250 bail.

Andrew L. Kosiorek, 43, of Haven Lane, Batavia, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, 1st, and unlicensed operator following a traffic stop by Officer Chad Richards on Cedar Street. Kosiorek allegedly had multiple suspensions/revocations and did not possess a valid driver's license in any state. He was put in Genesee County Jail without bail.

A 16-year-old from Elba is charged with unlawful possession of alcohol by a person under 21, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway. Deputy Joseph Corona pulled over the youth on Clinton Street Road in Stafford.

A 17-year-old from Varysburg is charged with criminal mischief, 4th. The youth allegedly shot a BB gun pistol at the rear window of a vehicle causing it to shatter. The incident occurred in the parking lot at Walmart in Batavia.

Charles-Gus T. Williams, 36, of Lockport, is charged with harassment, 2nd, and endangering the welfare of a child after an alleged domestic incident on Liberty Street in Batavia. Williams is accused of punching another person.

Cynthia E. Houseknecht, 35, of Jackson Street, Batavia, and Melvin L. Thomas are charged with harassment, 2nd, following an investigation into an alleged domestic incident. 

Charles W. Lococo, 25, of Depew, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08 percent or greater, aggravated unlicensed operation, 3rd, unlicensed operation, and failure to obey a police officer. While leaving the Kid Rock Concert at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center, Lococo was pulled over by deputies after he failed to obey a traffic direction. Lococo is accused of driving while in an intoxicated condition with no driver's license. He was also ticketed for allegedly refusing a prescreen device.

Ralph A. Jones, 24, from Oregon, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and driving while ability impaired by drugs following a traffic stop by Deputy Michael Lute on Alleghany Road in Pembroke.

Tera M. Williams, 42, of Bacon Street, Le Roy, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Batavia City Court after Chili Police pulled her over for a traffic stop. Williams is accused of failing to pay a fine for a disorderly conduct conviction. She was turned over to Batavia Police and issued an appearance ticket.

The following people were arrested by the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office during the Kid Rock Concert at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center on Tuesday:

John C. Difante, 21, of Garden Drive, Batavia, is charged with strangulation in the 2nd degree after he allegedly choked another subject unconscious. Difante was arraigned in Darien Court and put in jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.

Tayler J. Appell, 19, of Pullman Street, Brockton, is charged with false personation and unlawful possession of marijuana after allegedly providing false personal information and being found in possession of a quantity of marijuana. Appell was arraigned in Darien Court and put in jail in lieu of $500 bail.

Jessica J. Hawkins, 30, of Park Street, Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada, is charged with second-degree harassment after allegedly punching and pulling another patron's hair. Hawkins was arraigned in Darien Court and put in jail in lieu of $500 bail.

Christopher G. Cooke, 18, of Bush Road, Leicester, is charged with criminal trespass, 3rd, after allegedly reentering the concert venue after being ejected.

Brian P. Moody, 33, of Greenview Terrace, Niagara Falls, is charged with harassment, 2nd, after allegedly punching another person in the face.

Matthew C. Amesbury, 34, of Parkway Drive, North Chili, is charged with harassment, 2nd, after allegedly pushing and grabbing a deputy by the throat.

A steam locomotive built in 1944 cut through a corner of Genesee County, in Darien, yesterday, and a reader captured a few images with his drone.

Jenea M. Macleod, 31, of Genesee Street, Corfu, is charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, 7th, possession of a hypodermic instrument, criminal use of drug paraphernalia, 2nd, aggravated unlicensed operation, 2nd, and operation of a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver. Richard T. Garlock, 33, of Newstead, is also charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, 7th, possession of a hypodermic instrument and criminal use of drug paraphernalia, 2nd. The subjects were pulled over by Deputy Joseph Corona for a traffic stop on Clinton Street Road in Bergen when they were allegedly found to be in possession of heroin, crack cocaine, hypodermic needles and items associated with the use of the controlled substances. Macleod was released under the supervision of Genesee Justice. Garlock was put in the Genesee County Jail on $1,000 bail. 

Herbert C. Smith, 52, of Rochester, is charged with burglary, 3rd, and petit larceny. Smith is accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Batavia and was allegedly banned from the store due to a previous incident. He was put in the Genesee County Jail without bail.

Tacalla N. White, 42, from Rochester, is charged with petit larceny and criminal trespass, 3rd. Linda M. Floyd, 48, and Tamara Rouse, 22, both from Rochester, are also charged with petit larceny. The subjects are accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Batavia. White was allegedly previously banned from Walmart.

Virginia E. Glazier, 29, of Caswell Road, Byron, and Teryl A. Havel, 55, from Tennessee, are charged with petit larceny after they allegedly stole corn from a roadside crop stand on Batavia Elba Townline Road. Glazier and Havel are accused of taking corn without paying from an unattended farmer's produce stand, which uses the honor system for depositing payments. 

Christina R. Keels, 29, of Judge Road, Alabama, is charged with criminal mischief, 3rd, following an investigation into a domestic incident that happened on Judge Road. Keels allegedly hit a motor vehicle several times with a metal garden rake causing damage to the windshield and hood.

James P. Belliveau, 53, of Lockport, is charged with aggravated DWI with a BAC of .18 percent or greater, DWI, and failure to keep right following a traffic stop by Deputy Chad Cummings on Alleghany Road in Alabama.

Michael R. McNamara, 34, of Cheektowaga, is charged with DWI and failure to keep right. State police pulled over McNarmara for a traffic stop on Sumner Road in Darien.

Demetrius A. Gibson, 38, of Rochester, is charged with driving while ability impaired by alcohol, aggravated unlicensed operation, 2nd, unlicensed operation and tinted windows. State police pulled over Gibson for a traffic stop on Main Street in Batavia.

Robert L. Williams Jr., 24, of State Street, Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant issued by the City of Batavia Police Department. Williams allegedly failed to appear for a scheduled court date. 

Anthony M. Rodriguez, 22, of Rochester, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Rodriguez was allegedly found to be in possession of a quantity of marijuana in a parking lot during the Incubus concert at Darien Lake.

Kevin M. Waleski Jr., 27, of South Pearl Street, Oakfield, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI with a BAC of .18 percent or greater, breath test refusal, unlawful operation of an ATV and operating an ATV without a helmet following an investigation into a disturbance on June 6. Waleski allegedly crashed the ATV near the Oakfield Hotel and refused a roadside breath test. He was jailed without bail.

William J. Bick, 26, of Ellicott Street, Batavia, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08 percent or greater; DWI; moving from a lane unsafely; and failing to keep right, following an investigation into a motor-vehicle accident on Dodgeson Road in Darien.

The following people were arrested by the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office during the Tim McGraw concert at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center on Thursday:

Reannon M. Rohring, 32 of Olcott, is charged with trespass after allegedly refusing to leave the concert venue after being told to leave numerous times. Rohring was arraigned in Darien Court and jailed in lieu of $300 bail.

Angela E. Wiechett, 20 of Wheelock Street, Buffalo, is charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and three counts of harassment, 2nd, after allegedly striking another patron, two deputies and then resisting arrest. Wiechett was arraigned in Darien Court and jailed in lieu of $200 bail.

Elizabeth J. Warren, 19 of Howe Terrace, Wellsville, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after allegedly being found in possession of marijuana.

Jason M. Kopatz, 19 of Schang Road, East Aurora, is charged with trespass after allegedly reentering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.

Brandon M. Burgess, 25 of South Swan Street, Batavia, is charged with disorderly conduct after allegedly fighting with concert security personnel.

A large screen TV reportedly fell into a wave pool at Darien Lake Theme Park earlier this afternoon and injured a 7-year-old boy. He suffered a cut on his leg.  

Darien Lake issued the following statement about the incident:

Darien Lake confirms that today at 12:30 p.m., the outdoor movie screen set up for Darien Lake’s “Dive-In Movie” series fell into the park’s wave pool.

The screen was installed at the deep end of the wave pool this morning, in the same location and with the same installation contractor and process used for previous Dive-In Movie nights. The cause of today’s incident is currently under investigation.

Darien Lake’s emergency medical personnel were on scene within minutes and treated three guests who received minor injuries. The park’s maintenance crew removed the screen and reopened the wave pool within one hour of the incident.

Tomorrow night’s Dive-In Movie, "Finding Nemo," will proceed as planned. We will work with our contractors to reinstall the screen with extra precautions to ensure this situation does not happen again.

The following people were arrested by the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office during the Slipknot concert at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center on Wednesday:

Frederick TWA Parker, 29, of Caribou Trail Ridgeway, Ontario, Canada, is charged with criminal trespass, 3rd, after allegedly reentering the concert venue after being ejected. Parker was arraigned in Darien Court and jailed in lieu of $750 bail.

Name Redacted, 17, of Route 26, West Leyden, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after allegedly being found in possession of marijuana.

Broc O. Breen, 18, of Route 26, West Leyden, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after allegedly being found in possession of marijuana.

Joshua R. Dietz, 20, of Beach Ridge, North Tonawanda, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after allegedly being found in possession of marijuana.

Matthew R. Quinn, 18, of Canal Road, Oneida, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after allegedly being found in possession of marijuana.

Zachary J. Walkowski, 20, of Rogers Drive, Cheektowaga, is charged with harassment, 2nd, after allegedly striking another subject in the face.

Jason R. Fearnall, 33, of Knapp Road, Akron, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after allegedly being found in possession of marijuana.

Robert B. Hansen III, 52, of Colby Road, Darien, is charged with grand larceny, 3rd. Hansen is accused of making debit card purchases and cash withdrawals totaling $17,753 drawn on his mother's checking account.The purchases and cash withdrawals were made in 2013 between February and November. The alleged purchases were not made for the benefit of his mother who is living in a Medina nursing home.

Matthew M. Maniace, 32, of Fargo Road, East Bethany, is charged with: aggravated DWI with a child in the vehicle; DWAI drugs; criminal contempt, 1st; criminal possession of a controlled substance, 7th; harassment, 2nd; endangering the welfare of a child; and unlawful imprisonment. The charges result from an investigation into an alleged domestic incident by Batavia Police. Maniace is accused of driving a motor vehicle in the City of Batavia while under the influence of drugs with a 5-year-old child in the vehicle. He was put in Genesee County Jail on $20,000 bail.

Richard G. Hafford, 37, of Maple Street, Batavia, is charged with harassment, 2nd, following a reported physical altercation that happened on Maple Street. Hafford was put in Genesee County Jail on $1,000 bail.

Bobby L. Mobley, 30, of Hutchins Street, Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a weapon, 3rd, and menacing, 2nd, following an alleged disturbance that occurred on Hutchins Street on July 10. 

Kristine M. Smart, 39, of Dellinger Avenue, Batavia, is charged with petit larceny. Smart allegedly stole $135 worth of merchandise from Kohl's Department Store in Batavia.
