The family of Sonya Charache has organized a benefit at Clor's Meat Market on Sunday (July 31) to help her and the passengers -- three children -- who were injured in a horrific car crash on July 7 in Pembroke. There will be raffles and barbecue chicken lunches, including two side dishes and a roll. Cost is $8.50. Time is 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., or until sold out. In addition to Sonya, proceeds will benefit Jackson Gilbert, Garrett Talbot, and Kayda Charache.
