'CROSSROADS OF HARMONY" We are a four part womans harmony chorus is meeting each Monday night at 7:30 pm at the Genesee County Nursing Home in Batavia. If you LOVE good harmony and you love to sing, please come check us out. There are no auditions, and you do not need to read music to sing with us. Singing provides wonderful health benefits as well. It causes a release of endorphines, it helps you breath deeply and completely, it makes you smile, and it's a fun outlet for stress! We sing for all kinds of events and organizations. We love to perform, but mostly we love to just simply get together in a relaxing and fun atmosphere and just sing! Call Beth at 548-9533 for more information any time.

Join the Batavia Business and Professional Women on Thursday, November 5 for our New Member Month. We will be meeting at 5:45pm at the YWCA. Dinner will be $12 and includes delicious creations from Kravings Kafe. We will start the meeting with a presentation on Decorating Cookies for the Season. Each participant will try thier hand at decorating with Royal Icing and making beautiful sugar cookies. The Rotary Club of Batavia presents their 61st Musical Production, Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella, directed by Patrick D. Burk. Show dates are Thursday, Friday and Saturday, Nov. 5th, 6th and 7th, 7:30 PM and Sunday Matinee, Nov. 8th, 2 PM at Batavia High School Auditorium, 260 State St. Admission is $16.00.
