Sure seems like her hands and shoulders and torso move and sway and elevate and rock in just the ways you'd expect them to to create the -desired- motion of the rods

How can she -a person- not control them and yet show you what means no and what means yes




Maybe you can say all in good fun but at some point it has its consequences

Of course, there are folks who will always think the rods are being manipulated, and even I thought so at first, but if you listen to what Sue says, it's not easy to make them do what you want. She let me try them out and ask a few questions of George, the resident ghost, and I kept myself as still as a tomb lid.

I asked George: Are you happy? The rod in my right hand swept over and tapped me on the left shoulder. As it was swinging back in front of me, I asked: Do you play games? And it checked itself and swung back and tapped me on the shoulder again. I know I wasn't moving... at least, not that I was aware.

The true test would be to put them in some vice grips and then ask the ghosts some questions. I'd like to see that!
