I'm glad to see so many people heating up leftovers for lunch today. I'm all about my leftovers every day.
What are folks having or did you already have?
I'll be heating up a dish we call our "everything rice" that's got mushrooms, broccoli, kidney beans, tofu, onion, garlic, olives, carrot and, of course, rice. It's cooked up in tomato juice with some oregano and basil. Very tasty.
