Today's Poll: Do you think stimulus funds are being spent wisely?

I figured this poll would be lopsided toward "no" (given the Republican nature of Genesee County), but it's far more lopsided than I anticipated. I thought more people would want to defend stimulus funding.

people aren't defending It because we're not seeing Immediate positive results from the moneys.no new jobs-no new programs.
Is there a site where one could freely look and see where the funds are being applied?

This is precisely why I don't think stimulus money is bing spent wisely. http://thebatavian.com/blogs/howard-owens/what-will-new-york-do-when-st…. It has been used to balance our already massively bloated state budget instead of fixing the problem. I see the state using too much of this money simply to bail itself out of the mess it has gotten itself into instead of fixing the problems and using the money to create jobs and truly stimulate the economy. You can expect when the money runs out it will be back to driving the businesses and citizens out of New York rather than finding ways to retain them.

And now I seen something about a so called 2nd stimulus proposal on the news tonight. My thoughts are that Bush put a plan In action while he was still In office. So theres no way I'd call the proposal a 2nd because I cannot seem to start over everytime there's a newly elected "stimulus boss"
