The suspect apparently left the Land Office and drove north on Ellicott Avenue. He then turned left on Richmond Avenue and left again on Oak Street.

The vehicle was stopped and the man apprehended near the intersection of routes 5 and 98, about 100 yards from the Land Office Museum.

Maybe he was bringing it back? YEAH RIGHT! Have to be seriously dain bramaged to rob a place right across the street from a cop shop..HAHA!

All things considered- one has to be impressed with the level of security at the HLOM. It took two years to recover Munch's The Scream stolen from a Norway museum in 2004.
