A pedestrian was hit by an alleged hit-and-run driver Saturday at 6:14 p.m. on Route 5 in Stafford.

Richard D. Sanderson, 24, of 5563 Broadway Road, East Bethany, said he was walking along the road when a car crossed the white fog line and struck him with the passenger side mirror.

I was out riding my bike on Prole Rd in Stafford on Sunday (I ride into traffic) when a car that was approaching me appeared to move to the center of the road to give us both room, suddenly turned toward me,blowing his horn and almost hitting me. I wonder if we have someone that lives here in Stafford who has some problems with people on the side of the road. I believe it was a late 90s emerald Monte Carlo.
