That's what I thought I heard, but with all the traffic on the scanner due to the trailer fire, I could be wrong. I'll keep my ear glued to the scanner.

Vine does intersect with
Vine does intersect with Bank, it runs from Main Street to Bank Street. Northern Blvd intersects with Vine just before Bank.
But which interesection is the accident located, Vine and Main or Vine and Bank? The report reads both.

They indeed intersect, and it's a quirky intersection- lanes split by a median, Northern Blvd. incidental, driveway expelling Walden Estates, opposite; a slight bend to the west, occasional heavy traffic to-and-from the college and a tendency NOT to fully decelerate from the 40 MPH zone.
