I don't know Chelsea but I was driving that stretch about 30 minutes before they did and it was scary

My friend lives on Alexander-Darien TL road. Which is between 238 and 20. He said that because of the open fields on both sides, the drifts were feet deep.
Why has it closed down? Is it reopened?
