UPDATE 4:13 p.m.: The 62-year-old victim was roadside, getting mail out of her mailbox, when her vehicle was reared-ended. The vehicle which struck her's sustained heavy front-end damage and left the scene. Erie County has been notified to be on the lookout for the vehicle (didn't hear what kind), since the victim's home is close to the county line.
