A male claims he was chased by a trio of individuals on Jackson Street. He called police at the Kwik Fill gas station, at Jackson and Ellicott streets in Batavia, where officers met up with him to take him to his residence on Central Avenue. Maybe some neighbors of these Landlord's ought to be more open and communicate alot better with police to get these nusiances taken care of. After all when things happen and the police begin to ask neighbors if they saw anything. And they decline to get involved. Then you have to wonder how much they really care themselves?
