Larceny of a cup of coffee at Le Roy Sugar Creek an 'ongoing problem'

A clerk at the Sugar Creek store on Lake Street in Le Roy has reported the larceny of a cup of coffee, allegedly by a resident of Le Roy Manor. "It's apparently an ongoing problem," says the dispatcher. Le Roy PD is responding.

1. Why not stop the perpetrator from entering the store?
2. Why isn't the staff at the Manor, being more diligent in preventing the guilty party from leaving the Manor property?
