Unfortunately, even if they are arrested, they won't get any jail time- if past history is any indication.
Evicted tenants forgot the dogs

Tenants who were reportedly evicted from their residence at 132 147 Ross St. left their two dogs behind to fend for themselves, according to a neighbor who called dispatch. A police officer is on scene.

I am the owner of 132 Ross Street in Batavia. There is no one who has been evicted at this address and no dogs in danger at the 132 Ross St. address. I contacted the Batavia City Police and they confirmed the reported adress is incorrect. Howard or Billy can you please make the correction as 132 is not involved. Thank you.

Unfortunately, Bob Harker is correct. The most these idiots are looking at is a fine.
What jerks! Arrest them! I hope the dogs are ok and have not been left alone too long. Thanks to the concerned neighbor!
