I know this has been brought up before.....but something should be done at that intersection, Ellicott and West Main. The light is always green for vehicles turning on to Ellicott. I know, I know, the pedestrian has the right of way.Tell that to the eighteen wheeler coming around that corner without even slowing down!!! I've stopped many times to let someone cross and nearly got rear-ended. Should the pedestrian have to wait until there is nothing coming before they can cross?
