This 17 yr. old is pregnant AND smoking. Hmm.. the guy is doing her BABY a FAVOR by taking/stealing the ciggs away from her. Hate to imagine what else goes on.

Are you sure the daughter is seventeen, M. Lamb? If so, I would wonder if, mother is being charged with child neglect and purchasing cigarettes for under age minor. Also, endangering the welfare of a child? Sounds like this mother should be named "Mother of the Year!" (Sarcasm 100%) How dumb can this mother be? Next she will call the Police because, someone stoled her daughter's beer. Kudos for the boyfriend though. However, maybe he should re-evaluate whether he wants these two ladies to part of his life. Does not sound like they are capable of making wise decisions.
