I agree with you Lisa. I think Sumner rd. needs a 4 way stop at all the crossroads. Sumner rd. is a nice straight run. My parents are at Sumner and Harlow and that is bad there too!!! Either lower the speed limit on sumner or put 4 way stop signs!!!

That particular corner needs a 4 way stop or a light - not just stop north/south. That is a nasty corner - relatively straight road, but busy and folks get cocky about the time/space they have to make a turn, etc.
